Nasar Iqbal has over 16 years of courtroom experience in the legal profession, serving clients in efficient, skillful, and satisfactory manners. Nasar is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi languages, practicing in Divorce and Family Law. He has practical experience appearing at all levels of courts in Ontario for his clients. Nasar deals with all aspects of Divorce and Family Law including Separation and Divorce, Separation Agreements, Court Proceedings regarding Custody, Access, Child Support, Spousal Support, & Property Issues. He works hard to achieve fair results for his clients by fighting for clients’ rights. Nasar provides services to clients in all areas of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Hamilton, Newmarket, Oshawa, Barrie, Kitchener, Woodstock, Sarnia, London area, and suburbs.
Currently, Nasar is practicing as a sole practitioner, primarily as a Divorce & Family Lawyer. Nasar worked in different renowned downtown law firms, focussing on Divorce and Family Law. He also worked for the Ministry of the Attorney General Ontario for more than 2.5 years which included working as a Court Registrar and an Assistant Crown Attorney – Per Diem after his call to the Ontario Bar.
Nasar received his law degree overseas in 2004 and when he came to Canada, he was immediately accepted into one of our top Law institutions. Impressively, he completed his Master in Law focusing on Family Law & Criminal Law at Osgoode Law School. Nasar Iqbal worked with an experienced downtown Toronto Lawyer. This was in the position of a legal assistant for 1 year.
While working on his Master’s Degree Nasar gained extraordinary experience working for the Ministry of the Attorney General as a Court Registrar. This experience is rare and valuable for attorneys as it gives them inside knowledge about how the system works behind the scenes;
